Keep any fragment of tooth, crown or veneer. Do not try to remove remaining pieces yourself. If it is bleeding, apply gauze and rinse gently with warm water.
Apply ice to the outside of your cheek and take over the counter pain relief as directed on the packet to reduce pain and inflammation until you arrive.
Swelling is always an emergency. It can be an abscess, an impacted wisdom tooth, or an infection that needs treating promptly. Do not wait to see if it settles.
Average fees for a call out range from $400 to $500, and can be more if multiple teeth are involved. We will always talk you through costs first.

Payment is required at the time of service. EFTPOS, cash and HICAPS for on the spot health fund rebates. Preferred providers for Medibank, Bupa (Mutual Community, MBF, SGIC) and HCF, and all major health funds are accepted.
